Great Clips Stylists interview questions

I had a very kind practical interview, that included positive feedback on areas I could grow in. They had me demonstrate a layers cut, and a clipper cut. The only downside was the length. Because they have a steady rotation of clients, and short staffed, my interview took double the standard time. I was there 3 hours.

They ask about your experience and have you do a practical. They're great about getting you additional training if its been a long time or you're rusty. You have to do an initial training period anyway. Be open to learning and youll be aok.
