The interview process is pretty easy. They ask basic questions and your availability. There's a technical interview and they have you do haircuts on a mannequin. After that they will tell you if they want you to be a part of their team.

Personable, Easy. Just be pleasant and either have the confidence in your abilities or eager to do your best. They usually offer a beginner (at Great Clips) class with a very efficient way of cutting hair. Also, your new coworkers will be more than happy to help you with anything. Computer will become very easy with just a little time.
