Great Clips interview questions

Applied online, and received a phone call within a week. The manager asked me to come in for an interview, to bring a male model to perform a haircut on, and also bring my own equipment for the cut. When I arrived to my interview, the manager brought me over to a station and got me to set up. She told me to begin the haircut when I was ready. I was very nervous, so the haircut did take me a little longer than normal to complete. When finished, the manager criticized my work IN FRONT OF my model, which I thought was a little rude and made me very uncomfortable. After the cut, the manager got me to come to the back for the regular interview. She asked me basic interview questions, situational questions, and about my availability. At the end of this, she basically said I was hired and that she would send me an email. Overall, it was a very strange interview, and I was a little overwhelmed with how quickly it went.
