I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Great Clips (Franklin, TN) in Jan 2014
Interview
You will be asked several question relating to your strengths ans weaknesses, then asked to perform a haircut. Flexability is the key, the more flexible you are, the more of an asset you will be. Nights and weekends are mandatory. If you can not work them it is over right here. If you pass this , you will then come back in to perform a physical haircut on a man and a woman to determine your skill process. If you pass both of these you will be offered a job.

Interview
It was super relaxed for the most part. They mostly asked questions about my background and previous customer experience jobs. How I handled certain situations, why or why not I'd be a good fit. Standard interview stuff,

We appreciate you sharing the interview process! Thank you for the feedback.
They did an in person interview and a technical interview, it wasn't too hard of an interview process. The technical is intimidating at first but its not too bad and the manager was friendly.

I applied online. I interviewed at Great Clips (Saint Louis, MO)

I got an immediate call after applying online. A recruiter took me out for coffee and a quick chat. They offer a lot training so they focus more on advertising what your job could be like if you accept the job offer.
