Asked questions I answered took about 30 mins asked about experience and senarios. Everyone seemed very busy HR lady seemed like she didn't like me but the department heads were engaged and helped guide me through the process
Applied online Followed up with a phone call (I know, I know) Contacted 2nd connection via Linked in. Finally got a phone call from HR. Rest was pretty typical. Interview with hiring manager, followed up with 3 interviews with peers, an interview with manager's manager and one more round with hiring manager.
