Interviewing at Google felt structured, challenging, and welcoming, with thoughtful questions, collaborative problem solving, clear communication, supportive interviewers, and an emphasis on culture, curiosity, and real world impact, and innovation.
Very SWE-heavy. Not much care for statistical theory, ML, or data science. Mostly about A/B testing and business analytics. I feel like it would be better for them to be a bit more technically specific in distinguishing AI/ML from business analytics.
