I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Glassdoor in Jul 2024
Interview
It started with the recruiter screen, then meetings with the hiring manager, a potential colleague, then finally a panel interview with a presentation about why you are the best fit for the role, and how you use data in value building with a client. Everyone was great throughout this process, especially Britney (Recruiter) and Nik (Hiring Manager). It was a transparent process and it seems like an amazing team to work for.
My only issue was that there were 7 finalists, several being internal. I feel that a presentation is a major time investment, and it would be more reasonable to ask for that if there were 5 or less candidates who were at the final stage.

There were several rounds to the entire interview processs. There was a technical round, there was a skills based round. There was a final round which seemed quite informal. There was a take home coding test.

Interview
Long interview process made up of 5 different calls, the final one being an hour long presentation to a panel. The process required a lot of preparation but was overall enjoyable as every interview was conversational. Really great communication from the glassdoor side throughout which provided updates on the process, timelines and was a great resources for questions.
