The interview process started with a phone screen from HR. This was fairly straightforward and very high level. Wanted to make sure I had an understanding of the role and learn a bit about my background to see if it seems like a good fit to move forward. This was followed by another phone interview with a manager in the Customer Success org. There were situational questions asked in this round and the interviewer dug deeper into my background to make sure I was qualified for the role. From here I was asked to come into the office to meet with several people in the Customer Success org. This interview was 2-3 hours long and I met with four people total. They were looking to ensure I was both a good cultural fit as well as follow-up on some of the questions asked in the first two rounds. Assuming you did well in the first two rounds, this was probably the easiest part of the interview as there wasn't anything new covered. The final round was a presentation or a client onboarding. I was provided basic information and asked to present it over video conference to the same team that I met with in person. Definitely do your research here and keep things high level and don't get into the weeds. A week later the HR rep. called to offer me the position and I ultimately accepted. The people throughout were all incredibly friendly. There were a few pain points that are worth addressing. The very first phone screen was rescheduled after the interviewer missed the appointment due to a scheduling conflict. The final round was then rescheduled multiple times after confirming a time only to have it rescheduled again shortly after.

I applied for this role and completed two interviews with the hiring manager after being contacted by Lincoln, the recruitment agency. I was asked to prepare detailed topics and a full presentation, investing significant time and effort. After the final interview, there was complete silence for four weeks. My follow-up email to the hiring manager was ignored, and only after further chasing the agency did I receive a short email stating they had decided to hire internally. No phone call, no proper feedback — just an impersonal, dismissive message. This experience was not only unprofessional but completely at odds with the values Glassdoor promotes, such as authenticity, transparency, and respect for candidates. If you value your time and expect a professional, respectful process, I would advise proceeding with caution
