I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Glassdoor (Sausalito, CA) in May 2013
Interview
2 phone screens, 3 on-site interviews, and an online assessment made up the Glassdoor interviewing process. This process took about 2.5 weeks from start to finish. I met with a few managers, spoke to someone who was in the actual position to talk about day-to-day activities, then the final meeting was with the Senior VP who gave the OK for me to be brought on their team. It was a great experience, quite lengthy, but Glassdoor is picky about who they want to bring on! It's a growing company and everyone seems to be happy there from what I've seen. Gorgeous building, right on the harbor.

If you were a football player, what position would you play and why?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Glassdoor (Sausalito, CA) in Jun 2012
Interview
I can't imagine the job search without Glassdoor, so imagine my excitement when the opportunity for a sales position opened up. Over the course of a few weeks, I had a phone screen and was eventually brought in to interview in person at their Sausalito office. I thought the interview went great and the manager I met with was an absolute pleasure to speak with. However, after a long while of waiting I was informed that they were no longer hiring for that position. I understand things change quickly in this industry, but I had taken time off from my current position to interview with them and the ultimate slap in the face was that the job is STILL posted. If I didn't make the cut that's fine, but I feel like I wasted my time and did not receive an appropriate response. Even if they were to reach out now, I am so turned off I'd rather stay where I am because I'm not confident this company has their act together or is respectful of their candidates time.
