phone cal was not as easy as face to face interview. Especially when you don't know whom you are talking with, since you don't see his or her face. sometimes you could not judge by gestures. Voice is not as much informative as talk directly. Only good thing is that you could have lots of information ready in front of you, and you don't need to dress up well.
