Interview
The panel interviewer was being nice and kind, with well-articulated understanding on the interviewee's cv beforehand. The panel started with a more warm and fiendly approach, before going to discuss on the interviewee's perspective. Felt more of like a discussion session rather than a pressured interview.

Question 1
Have you ever encountered a disagreement in your previous employment and, with examples, how did you tackle the situation?
online interview, fairly standard, asked for times when.... Also tested some basic knowledge about the field, the interview was split about half and half with personal questions then questions about the discipline.
Un colloquio con il responsabile di circa 30 minuti in cui si è parlato del percorso accademico e di aree di interesse.
Prima ci sono stati dei test online di logica da superare per poter accedere al colloquio.
