I applied online. I interviewed at GSK in May 2023
Interview
Interview process was fairly straightforward. First interview was with someone from the team and I was asked a lot of questions relating to my technical knowledge as it would apply to the position. After that interview I moved to the panel interview which consisted of two and a half hours with a mix of both technical and behavioral based questions. I did not have to give a presentation. Got an offer fairly soon after that. Overall, it was a positive experience in my view.

Question 1
Why don't you have any internship experiences listed on your resume? Tell me about a time that you failed and how you addressed the results?
It was very easy and had great conversations. There were 3 people and they were honest about the role. I declined the offer due to one interviewer saying there was a poor work life balance.
First is a HireVue interview then a 30 minutes interview with the hiring manager-> On-site interview with the hiring team for about 4 hours. Receive results within a week. Overall very fast process.
