It wasn't a great process. The listing provided incorrect hours, no one followed up with me afterward after offering me the position during the call. I can't say I would beg for this job knowing how it is on the inside. Having worked there before, I'm sort of glad this opportunity passed

I’ve applied through a referral. The initial contact was a phone call where they asked to me introduce myself in English. They’ve organized an interview after that and I was invited. After that was a test task to respond to a few emails for customers.
Once you apply and your resume meets the requirements, then they give you an invitation. Most time, they might change the resumption date. Once they have a company to service, then they book you for training. If you are able to get through training, then you start the shift.
