They sent language test then they invited to the company. They are asking about how you can manage with the customers. They are explaining what they are doing. . .
The Interview process was solid, with clear communication from the recruiter. Onboarding left a lot to be desired, however, with many miscommunications during that process between seemingly disconnected departments which ostensibly should've been interconnected.
