30 minutes phone interview about your past experience, knowledge of Mazars and the I&E team. Questions related to your studies at university and questions related to the infrastructure and energy sectors.
If selected, in person interview with manager, with two tests, one with multiple questions, and one excel based test.
If selected, in person interview with director and / or partner preparing a business case on excel and ppt

There were three stages of interview. One with HR, then 2 Partners and finally 3 Partners. Experience was good. A combo of personal questions, behavioural and technical questions. Importance of margin over quality of audit was a debate.

Been interviewed by the Human Resources team for introduction interview after i had to take the English test then been interviewed by Audit partner for technical interview then by two audit partners
