Interview
It was a good hiring process, first you fill in application form. Then telephone interview where they ask questions about you, your CV and why FDM etc. Then a day long assesssment centre 9:00-15:00. It consists of 30 min maths test (basic pre-GCSE level) (20 questions). In addition, it consists of two 1 hour tests, one is venn digrams(they give you booklet with example questions and asnwers so its fine)(26 questiona) and mutiple choice test with logic, IT,situational and some random question (50 questions). Finally there are 3 5-min interviews with 3 different managers. They ask you on 3 themese: 1) CV/Educational Background 2) Why FDM/Why IT 3) Situational Questions e.g.: How do you deal with new people/new environment etc. It was easier than other assessment centres with standard ones with group task, interviews, presentation. So if you do get through to this stage, dont worry its not that difficult at all. Just do your best, stay positive and focus.
