I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at FDM Group (Melbourne) in Jan 2026
Interview
Starts off with a 1 hour test after the application. Test was consistent of some multiple choice computer science questions, followed by reading some code and predicting an output then a coding problem given through a real world scenario.
Following this was a behavioral interview with a member of the HR team where you need to provide structured STAR responses based off your experience.
Lastly was a group presentation about FDM followed by 2 more 30 minute interviews one technical and one also behavioral but from someone from the sales team this time.
Overall the interviewers were all very nice and helpful despite the long process and the communication was always very clear.
