Requirements would be working at the office five days a week and would that be okay
Do you speak Spanish or any other language
How do you think the recruitment process should be handled versus the process their company has in place
Recruiter did not know basic requirements for the position. Client company apparently did government contract work yet did not test for THC. Also said they background check and drug test before contingent offer - which is illegal.

Interview
Called me immediately after applying and did not introduce herself or the company when she called. Had to ask who I was speaking to. She could not explain the aspects of job description at all! Adamant about being able to work in the office or not. And I asked her where the offices are located. She told me San Francisco, but it’s not in San Francisco. It is 10 miles outside of San Francisco. Slightly argumentative at this point, I told her “out of respect for both of our time I cannot go further with this opportunity.” Overall the call left me with an air of deceitfulness. Maybe company should have a hiring manager call next time, instead of an incompetent, inexperienced employee.
