It's a sales job, so I was asked behavioral questions but got the impression they were evaluating my personality and level of extroversion just as much as the answers I gave throughout. I tried to be as bold and confident as possible. I was also asked questions about industry trends, competitors, etc but it's more about how well you present and defend your answer than about the content itself. Challenging but friendly interviewer.

un entretien par téléphone avec le RH, ensuite 2 entretien, 1 heure téléphone et 1h physique. Puis plus de nouvelles pendants 1 mois et demie et me voila convoquée pour l'entretien final.

Premier entretien téléphonique pour vérifier mon anglais. La recruteuse était très aimable, pas de questions pièges.
Parcours du CV, questions sur les motivations.
2 semaines plus tard, j'ai été invité à venir à Berlin pour le dernier entretien, là aussi la recruteuse était très avenante et a tout fait pour me mettre à l'aise.
Là non plus pas de question pièges, mise en situation, question de personnalité (elle m'a dit qu'il n'y avait pas de bonse réponse aux questions, elle voulait juste voir comment je raisonnai.
