I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Cincinnati, OH) in Mar 2015
Interview

Passed both and then went on to meet with the group rental manager and then got an offer on the spot. Total time from application to hiring was maybe three weeks.
