I went through three sets of interviews. The first one was with the Talent Acquisitions, the second one was with the Area Manager and Branch Manager from the branch I was going to intern at, and then the third interview was with the General Manager. It was a easy interview.

Interview
If you have talent run away. It's not worth selling insurance 12 hours a day 7 days a week with one weekend off a month. They offer $39,000 a year, but if you think about it that's like $9 an hour. And as far as "advancement opportunities" sure, if you're super competitive and willing to manipulate people to meet quota then you can advance. I had a bad feeling when I walked into the branch, and knew this could not be anything other than a toxic environment. Don't let them trick you! And even if you get a sales management role, I was told by an associate that the manager gets a pay cut when a car comes back damaged??? I didn't get the offer but I would not have taken it anyway.

Interview
I got a call from the area recruiter and it seemed to go really well. She even said that they would be very interested in me working for them and told me to watch my email inbox for an email that would schedule me for an interview with the Branch Manager. I never received an email. I tried emailing the recruiter to see if I had maybe missed something on my end, but I did not receive a reply.
