I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Orlando, FL) in Jan 2019
Interview
The interview process is very long tedious and repetive. However get used to it because thats exactly what the job is.
You have a phone interview first which takes only 10 minutes, then you move to an in person interview with the same person to answer those same questions again. they next will be an interview with the area manager and one successful branch manager. After that you will interview with a Group Rental Manager.
All the interviews will have the same questions. Tips on a successful interview when you go into their respective offices find common ground and speak on that. they love their egos being stroked.

Interview
Was competitive and thorough in a good way. You can tell they do their due diligence on who they are hiring and want to make sure they bring in the right people.

Interview
There are 3 steps to the process and I feel that the description for this job and what it entails are completely different. I have over 9 years of experience in sales so I thought this job would be great for me, but when I went to the final interview - the manager and the current employee there told me that this job didn't really have much to sell and was all customer service. Also, for the amount you are paid - the hours are very long. It's just not worth it.
