The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Pittsburgh, PA) in Feb 2011
Interview
I received a request to apply from an ERAC recruiter. Her email included a link to their online application, after I applied on their website using the link, a phone screener out of their Pittsburgh, PA office contacted me. The phone interview consisted of a lot of screening questions, and personality based questions. She asked me to describe a time that I was faced with a complex problem at a past job and how I resolved it. Upon passing the interview, I was scheduled for a face-to-face interview at ERAC's Pittsburgh, PA main office. The face-to-face interview was pretty much the same with the phone screening only with a live person. The interview was mostly pleasant but I surprisingly did not receive an offer. It may have been due to me mentioning that I had other competitive offer, and inquired if they could offer more that the base salary they offered me.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How many, and to which other places have you applied or are planning to apply?
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
Over the phone, Called me from a headhunter and talked about the role and asked if i was interested, then a 30 minute conversation with a recruiter at the branch to see if i was a fit, then in person
I applied online. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility
Interview
The first round is with HR at a corporate office. Next you go to the branch and do an interview with the branch manager and walk-through. Then you interview with the area manager.
