I applied online. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Orange, CA)
Interview
The lady looked mad and not happy to be interviewing me. She asked me why I wanted to work at enterprise and she snapped back at me after my answer. I just mentioned that a passed employee mentioned it was a fun place to work at and she almost ripped my head of. From that point on she was 100% robotic. Her questions were asked like she just wanted to get the interview over. Horrible experience. If they ask about if you have any questions don’t ask about the insurance just do your own research. She also asked me where else I was applying to. Just say only to Enterprise if you are really interested. If they think you have other better options they won’t hire you. Have your degree with you in case they ask you if you graduated already.
I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.

Interview
More conversational than a typical interview style making it much more in depth and interesting. As a candidate you also get to know how the person across you made it to where they are now, using the same trainings you would eventually learn.

Question 1
What would you do differently than other potential candidates to become an amazing MT.
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
