I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Columbia, MO) in Jan 2024
Interview
One virtual interview, then one in-person interview at one of the branches. Pretty simple and straight forward, all of the employees were very nice. They push potential for growth, only promoting from within, but many of the employees at the branch I interviewed with had been in the same position for years, with maybe a couple title changes. Long hour work days, and sounds like they work plenty of overtime. I just did not vibe well with the branch manager, and could tell it was not the role I was interested in.

Question 1
Tell us about a time you had a customer issue and how you handled/resolved it.
I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.
Excellently straightforward and kind recruiters make the job appealing and worth the investigation! Completely worth the time and effort into learning how the career path may pan out with hard work and dedication!

Interview
More conversational than a typical interview style making it much more in depth and interesting. As a candidate you also get to know how the person across you made it to where they are now, using the same trainings you would eventually learn.
