The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Mar 2010
Interview
I was contacted by the regional manager 1 day after updating my resume on Careerbuilder.com. The recruiter described the position and asked me if i were interested and some other general questions. She scheduled me for a 1:1 at her office. The interview lasted about 45mns and she asked me some behavioral questions that i answered according to m own experience. She seemed satisfied and scheduled me for a branch observation and interview with both the branch manager and the area manager. I introduced myself to everyone, and was pleasant, asking as many questions as i could and of course observed everything they were doing.
The interview was long, about an hour and they asked me in depth questions as far as their expectations and mine. I was very comfortable and was myself.
An hour after i got home, the recruiter called me to congratulate me and told me the area manager was impressed with me and wanted to schedule me with the regional VP for a final interview.
That interview was definitely more intense with specific and quick answers expected. I still felt very comfortable because at that point the first interviewers gave their opinions and approval somehow. I heard from two HR persons including the recruiter the next day and accepted their offer. My advice is to show enthusiasm and professionalism all the way through! And confidence....
Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.

Interview
There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared

Interview
Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
