I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (New York, NY)
Interview
You will first get a phone interview with the HR manager, which is very basic. Next, there's an in-person interview at the corporate office with the HR manager. If you make it to the next round of interviews, you'll go into a branch and shadow for a little bit before your interview. They do look to see if you take an interest in what's going on at the branch and get a feel for your personality. You'll interview with a branch manager and area manager at the same time. The last round of interviews is with the group rental manager.

Question 1
Describe your experience with explaining to a customer how they can benefit from any additional services
I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.
