I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Houston, TX) in Oct 2012
Interview
Contacted by recruiter for company. Business Dress for Interview.
Met with very nice person. They have up to 3 interviews. I had a small tattoo on my ankle and was told they have a strict -no visible tattoo- policy.
As other people have mentioned, you will be expected to clean cars and work long hours including every other Saturday.
Would have been a great job for someone starting out with no family. Don't go here if you are striving to get a graduate degree. They did not seem willing to work with your school schedule.

Question 1
Describe your experience with explaining to a customer how they can benefit from any additional services
I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.
