Interview
The first interview will be with HR.
The next interview may be with an Area Manager and/or Branch Manager. A third interview may be with a Regional Manager.
Be able to give examples specifics for customer service. Be energetic, excited and confident but not cocky. They are looking for people to move up.
At the end, sell yourself. Tell why it is a good fit and why you would make a good choice.

Being put in a position to sell something to the interviewer on the spur of the moment.
I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.
Excellently straightforward and kind recruiters make the job appealing and worth the investigation! Completely worth the time and effort into learning how the career path may pan out with hard work and dedication!

More conversational than a typical interview style making it much more in depth and interesting. As a candidate you also get to know how the person across you made it to where they are now, using the same trainings you would eventually learn.
