I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Birmingham, AL) in Jun 2010
Interview
Fill out an online application and a regional recruiter will contact you. The first interview is a phone interview and they really just want to see how you communicate and carry on a conversation. 2nd is a sit down with the same recruiter. Maybe a few behaviors questions but once again just want to see how you can communicate. 3rd And final interview is with the area rental manager. This is the toughest of the 3 and the real nitty gritty questions are asked. Why do you want to work here, why do you think you'd do well, what strengths do you have, do you have any sales or customer service experience, where do you hope to be in 10 years either with this company or having moved on from enterprise?
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Most people that apply to enterprise do so after college so the don't have much sales experience. When asked about what experience you do have, don't say "we'll, nothing really". If you worked In a restaurant or worked at a department store, all of that has sales involved so mention that and try to talk more highly of your sales experience than you might think you truly have.
Excellently straightforward and kind recruiters make the job appealing and worth the investigation! Completely worth the time and effort into learning how the career path may pan out with hard work and dedication!

Question 1
Describe your experience with explaining to a customer how they can benefit from any additional services
I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.
I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Toronto, ON)
Interview
More conversational than a typical interview style making it much more in depth and interesting. As a candidate you also get to know how the person across you made it to where they are now, using the same trainings you would eventually learn.
