Enel Maintenance Engineering interview questions

Some days after the online application form, they contacted me to offer the possibility of a phone interview. We arranged a call conference in which they showed me the job description. At the end of the call, they asked me to go to the HQ in Rome for a 1:1 Interview. In Rome they changed their mind and offer me another position, because they thought that my background unfit that job. I declined the offer.
