Interview process included a case study round followed by 2 rounds of technical/consulting interviews and then a Partner round and finally a HR round.
Since this was with the Mergers and Acquitions team, case study was related to a carveout transaction and things to know during the transaction.

Hiring process was smooth and it was a online interview given the covid situation.Aptitude test and then 2 rounds of interview were conducted. Aptitude was about finance, logical reasoning and quants. Interview was mostly based on CV, internships,Projects done.
