I applied online. I interviewed at EY (Londra, Inghilterra) in Dec 2025
Interview
Enjoyable process with EY and not as intense as you might expect from a company of their status. Started with an EY One Assessment (blended assessment with rank order questions, video questions etc) and then was invited to an Experience Day, which involved a group task and individual task. Case materials were provided ahead of the Experience Day. There was no 1-on-1 interview, that is a separate final stage. For the group task we were each assigned to analyse one sustainability opportunity from the case and then discuss and unanimously agree on an option. The individual task involved some math questions (GCSE/A-Level standard) and a written email response, again related to sustainability. Overall it was enjoyable because you don't directly compete with the other Experience Day participants, because applicants for multiple service lines and locations can all attend the same Experience Day. It's more a matter of you individually demonstrating EY's desired competencies.
