I applied online. I interviewed at EY (Nashville, TN) in Nov 2023
Interview
Interviewed for a summer tax internship and it was completely a behavioral interview. Interview with two people for 30 minutes each. Each employee asks you two to three basic behavioral questions and leaves time for you to ask questions. If you practice general behavioral interview questions and have a few questions for the interviewer in mind you will be just fine.

Question 1
Really basic behavioral questions. One question was what were my Strengths and Weaknesses
The interview was relatively straight forward and focused on my ability to articulate my skills and experiences as in my CV, aligning my expectations with theirs, and answering my questions on the company culture, job scope etc.
The interview process was lengthy. I completed online assessments before a final video interview, and I went in blind, with no idea what questions might come up. I'd recommend preparing example questions beforehand for the digital interview.
