Dinámica de grupo, 8 personas en la sala y consistía en un juego sobre comer fichas, parecido a las damas, donde la clave era el trabajo en equipo y observar la capacidad que tienes de expresarte en publico
The interview was relatively straight forward and focused on my ability to articulate my skills and experiences as in my CV, aligning my expectations with theirs, and answering my questions on the company culture, job scope etc.
The interview process was lengthy. I completed online assessments before a final video interview, and I went in blind, with no idea what questions might come up. I'd recommend preparing example questions beforehand for the digital interview.
