Interview
Recruiter calls with basic HR related questions and schedules technical interview. A senior manager called for technical interview and asked from specific pointers in the resume. Face to face was arranged by recruiter in another city. There was a lot of candidates. I was interviewed by two senior consultants and a senior manager.

Question 1
Provide some examples of work done at a lead level as well as what all entails in a custom object creation.
Fairly simple, two back to back interviews. First part was super easy, just going over the resume and why you'd be a good fit. Second part was a case study. Just understand SAP implementation and you're good.
Passed the interview but they closed the application because they have no projects. The interview was ok. It was also an opportunity to let the hiring manager to know more about you, and we get to ask more about the job too

Past experiences in the project/ Case scenarios/ Self intro
Good but a bit difficult, and the interviewer guides you quite well. They engaged with me and were very helpful. Though you have to be really prepared and the case was not something I had seen before.
