There is 1 interview with 2 Leaders from EY that lasts 1 hour. 1 week befre this inteview, HR calls to get standard personal data and asks you to perform an online test before the interview. The online test lasts 1 hour and is mainly about accounting, finance and audit topics.

Interview
Avaliações online de inglês, português, raciocínio lógico. Em seguida, dinâmica em grupo presencial no escritório da EY que dura cerca de 3 horas, resolvendo cases em grupo passados pelos recrutadores. Passando na dinâmica, houve uma entrevista (também presencial) com os responsáveis da área. O tempo de espera é bem grande devido ao início das contratações serem em Julho/Novembro. Ainda estou esperando um retorno.
Introduced yourself and be confident. They will ask you about the job you applied for. They also will ask about your study background. The manager who is interview also very helpful.

took a whole day!! had to wait for a long time ....no proper communication beforehand regarding how long would it take ,most of them are there waiting without going for lunch
