I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at EY (Atlanta, GA) in Sep 2009
Interview
E&Y did on campus interviews at my school. They had a dinner and presentation the night before formal interviews on campus. The formal interview consisted of behavioral type questions with a manager. I was interviewing for an intern position in their Risk Advisory services. In the end I was told I did not receive an offer because my background is in finance and leadership had decided they only wanted to hire accounting majors. Overall it was a good interviewing experience.

Question 1
Give me an example of a time in which you were in a group setting and you had to deal with conflict between members. How did you deal with it and what was the outcome?
Not bad it was like 3 rounds and it wasn’t very technical there was one case interview and all the interview people were really nice and flexible it was a good interview
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.
behavioural questions
The interviewer was friendly and easy to talk to
Had to prepare a presentation on myself and what industry in Nigeria I think would most benefit from a tech revolution. Then, answered follow-up questions on both the personal and market research portions.
