Online application through EY recruitment system. Within a week HR will call for phone screening, asking general questions like why audit, why EY, etc. Then HR will send you an email asking you to complete an online assessment. It is a set of situation based questions with no time limits. The purpose is to see whether your working behavior is fit with their culture.
overall OK and general questions asked, the interview result is quite fast, so it don't take long time to know the result compared to other company who make us wait for a long time.
