I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at EY (Londra, Inghilterra) in Feb 2017
Interview
Was a relatively straightforward process. Online tests which weren't too difficult. Then a short competency based interview (make sure you mention Vision 2020). Then you are invited to an Assessment Centre which consist of a group exercise with 3 or 4 other people revolving around strengths. You are also asked to complete a written exercise at the AC which is very time pressured but I passed without managing to finish. (I don't think many people do). Following this you are invited to a Partner interview where you have to prepare a presentation beforehand and are asked questions on it. There are additional strengths and competency based questions. I thought this went okay but didn't manage to get the offer.
Smooth process. Didn't take a long time to hearing back from the Company. Don't need to be stressed out. Just prepare your stories and get ready to crush the interview.
