Interview
Has an initial telephone interview strength based. The interview lasted for a bit less than 20 minutes and I heard back within 2 days, which was really quick. Before the telephone interview we attended a webinar in order to receive details as to what they looking for in the telephone interview. You cannot really prepare for a strengths based interview as you would normally do for a competency based.
Smooth process. Didn't take a long time to hearing back from the Company. Don't need to be stressed out. Just prepare your stories and get ready to crush the interview.
Interview went very well, hiring manger is very friendly while going to interview be prepare basic auditing questions . like what is auditing, aduit risk , audit opinion etc. only technical questions asked .
