Klassisches Gespräch aus Fit, Technicals und CV wurde besprochen. Kenne die Finanzkennzahlen und aktuelle Geschehnisse. Business judgement wurde auch gefragt, anhand von aktuellem Deal in der Presse. Kollegen schienen aber nett und waren sehr fair.

Warum ist die Unternehmensbewertung bei Unternehmenskäufen relevant?
Not bad it was like 3 rounds and it wasn’t very technical there was one case interview and all the interview people were really nice and flexible it was a good interview
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.

Had to prepare a presentation on myself and what industry in Nigeria I think would most benefit from a tech revolution. Then, answered follow-up questions on both the personal and market research portions.
