First you write a test, then you do 3 case interviews with managers of the practice that you are applying to.
The test was a mathematical-logical one, not to difficult. The interviews were actually fun, as the managers were nice people with different personalities. Interviews were aimed to test your analytical thinking capability and personality traits

Not bad it was like 3 rounds and it wasn’t very technical there was one case interview and all the interview people were really nice and flexible it was a good interview
round one- with a Senior or a Manager. This involves deep dives into your CV, a technical check on sustainability concepts, and a conversational fit assessment.
