The recruitment process was conducted through campus placements. The role was assigned automatically, and candidates were not given a choice regarding the position. After the initial screening, I was invited directly to an HR interview and did not have a separate technical interview round.
The HR discussion focused on basic questions about my background, education, career goals, and willingness to relocate. During the interview, I was asked whether I would be comfortable relocating to Bengaluru, although the campus drive was being conducted for the Kolkata location.
The interview process was straightforward and not particularly difficult. However, I did not receive any direct communication regarding the final result. I later learned through the Training and Placement Cell that I had not been selected.

I Cleared the Aptitude, Coding and Communication(Online-Camera Only, No mic). Attended the Technical Interview(Offline) which was mediocre, the interviewer was from mechanical background was asking questions mainly regarding the projects I mentioned in the my resume. People shortlisted for HR round were informed immediately and sent to HR Interview round. They shortlisted 42 people after HR round(I was there too) and later only sent offer letter to first 30 people(no technical/skill order, order was first come basis).
The people who were called earlier were selected on spot, nearing the lunch break and post lunch the interviewers just did timepass!!!
