Starting off with an assessment, then HR interview, then Team Member Interview, and Team Lead interview. Organised and respects all candidates. Interview can last 1hour long, but this can depend on the posiitin.
2 stage interview process - relatively easy if you are well prepared. First one with HR to check if you are a good fit for the organisation - culture etc and second technical with Senior manager and partner
