Couple of days after the offline test i was called up to come for an interview. Was interviewed by head of HR and Head of Assurance, both very nice and attentive people. Head of HR tested my language skills and my eagerness to work and learn throughout the work, my ability to cope with stress and long hours. Interview lasted for around half an hour and in a very warm atmosphere.

I was called for a phone interview a few days after recruiters came to visit my school. This interview was very straightforward, and we mostly talked about my qualifications and resume. I also got the chance to ask my initial questions about the company and the open positions at the firm. A day later, they invited me in for a office visit the following week. The office visit consisted of a dinner with a couple staff members the night before, an informative staff panel in the morning, lunch, and then one-on-one interviews with management. Overall it was a very comfortable and informative experience. Their hiring decision after the interview took about three weeks.

At the inception, there was an announcement by the ey hr employees mentioning the days of obtaining applications and last submitting date of the form, there was a written test then there were two interviews. Once was taken by the audit partner and the other was taken by Senior Manager.
