EY Audit Staff interview questions

The hiring process start by each member firm by posting the required staff in EY website and divided according to Student and Seniors job. 1st apply through that then submitted an application which i got from local EY office here.The process may be different in other countries.Then they contact the selected Candidate.The first step is written test here then according to its result candidates are called for 1st interview.A panel of 3 or 4 People conduct the interview and basically judge your confidence even if you a gave a wrong answer.Then they call selected Candidates for second interview and some general questions are asked about future.And Then you receive a final call for signing the contract.

First a prenight session meeting with interviewer, get the chance got the name of your interviewer for the round 1 and do some research at home, first round pretty easy conversational interview, nothing special or tough, just express the true self.
