1- Online Application with online reasoning tests (diagrammatic, verbal, quant)
2- A couple of Interviews with managers on site. Mostly behavioral interviews drawing from past experiences. They are looking for leadership.
3- Assessment day with interviews, group discussion and projects, real work simulation practices (I was put in a situation where I had to fire someone who had done a poor job)

Two step process, took about 2 months. I met with a senior, a senior manager and a partner. Other than that, I was mainly in contact with the human resources department. Like any big 4, they will spoil you before the interviews with dinners, lunches and the like. Easy, relaxed environment filled with young people.
