You are interviewed by 2 different panels one of senior members and one of less senior members. You also have to do an MS excel test in 15 minutes to show how well you can use the program. It was a very frustrating process as they interview a lasrge amount of people and you have to wait long periods.

Other candiates were overley worried and nervous - but you need to understand that this is a team based enviroment so work together to get through the assesment day. It was actually fun to talk to the staff and ask them about how they fit into this great company.

lots of people involved. Meet with two different people as well as others who take you to and from the room. very cool office though and young vibrant crowd. the room where you interview is small and sterile. you can tell they are a well oiled machine and very cooperate.
