interviewed by 3 separate groups of people, partner, hr and line manager. On 3 separate days. Interview process very very long. And many candidates have been shortlisted. The meeting with HR was very long than the other 2.
Standard phone and in person interviews. Interviewed with senior managers and partners I was TOLD I would work with directly or within the industry during the upcoming busy season. Schedule was abruptly changed and did not enjoy the team or industry work during busy season.
